This pen writes at any angle, under water up to 35' deep and in temperatures ranging from 30 degrees below 0 to 250 degrees. Permanent ink does not leak, evaporate or skip. Operate with a simple shake for low-dexterity situations. Black metal barrel with matte finish houses the ink in a pressurized, leakproof cartridge. Top cylindrical loop is large enough for a 4mm cord to pass through so you can hang it around your neck or attach to a buckle for easy access. Pocket clip on the tactical pen lets you attach it to a notebook or pocket.
